Riot Fest and Carnival: The rock, indie, punk and underground music fest (Rise Against, Elvis Costello, The Offspring, The Gaslight Anthem) expands this year to include a real carnival. Sept. 14 at Congress Theater, 2135 N. Milwaukee Ave., and Sept. 15-16 in Humboldt Park, 1440 N.
